Exactly what it looks like.
You are an Administrator account without a password.
If you want to password Administrator-there is an option in User
Accounts page.
It is a good idea to create a Limited user for all your routine tasks.
If you do, reboot to Safe Mode and password the Administrator account.
Be sure to read the tips about remembering passwords as well as write
it down in a safe place.
