Helpctr.exe is a Windows file, and the prefetch info is there
to assist it in loading rapidly. Let us assume that your copy
of the file is intact and un-trojaned.
If this is so, then just authorize it to run in the Symantec
script blocking tool. Have you tried this, and found that
it comes back prompting again ? Symantec really should
not be seeing this as a script, so either something is plugged
to run off from it, it was changed, or Symantec is goofy.
You will find the actual file in
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries
and clicking on it there should just open up the Help and
Support Center.
