Remove check box in Windows XP Pro...login

After the Netware login...if the previous user is
different from the current user...a login screen for
Windows appears...I would like to eliminate the check box
to matching the Windows password to the Netware
password...to many of my users are checking this box and
creating problems for other users...thank you
