While the "jdbgmgr.exe 'virus'" is a hoax, if something is
sending random emails to your friends, it most likely is
the cause of a virus. Klez is a very common virus right
now and it works by sending itself out through email to
the people in your address book.
A place you can check about hoaxes and such is Network
Associate's webpage, http://www.nai.com . If you don't
have some form of antivirus software, you should probably
acquire some. If you do, make sure it is updated and
running. Some of the virii now are programmed to close
popular antivirus software.
