XP Account lockout within NT network

Has anyone experienced a user's account getting locked out
when trying to logon to an XP workstation, when right
before they could logon using the same password to say a
95 workstation? I heard there was a fix for this maybe in
the XP SP1? Anyone know anything about this? Solutions?
