Could you just confirm a couple of things please:

(YOU SAID)move the shortcuts out of
the All Users profile and into the Administrator profile

What do you mean , the folders that are named after the
user's with the programs in?

And where do i put them , into the Administrator (MY)
profile folder?

After i've done this does this mean that i can change the
local security policy in mmc add snap in ? and it wont
change my ne but it will change a standard user ?
