No Mic. installed in the system and i have disabled the
Mic. and i have disabled even the sound card, but it
didnt help, so i went on disabling the sound card, and
when it didnt help we restarted the computer on Safe mode
to insure the minimum driver and devices running but
still device are acting very strangelly...

I had Eng. comming from Symantec Corp. but they coudnt
reach anything, IBM Eng. they are refering it to XP, and
still no solution on this issue...

As i tracked the case i found different type of computers
having similar problem on XP non been able to offer a
solution.

Please Inform me if you have any further notes.
