Owner is a default account created by some OEM installs. I've never seen
a Main User or a user named "Crap" in an OEM install. You probably
created these accounts when you installed XP. All Users is not an
account, but a profile used to store shortcuts that are available to all
users. LocalService and NetworkService are system accounts. Delete them
for practice reinstalling XP.

You forgot to mention Default User profile, Administrator account, and
the Guest account. Gosh, there really is a lot of junk in Documents and
Settings. Could be because XP is a real multi-account operating system,
designed to be used by more than one person (but not at the same time).
