Guests can't make or break Internet connections, therefore they cannot
initiate or hang-up dial-up connections. You could make the dial-up on
your account and switch to Guest and let her use it, but you need a
registry key to avoid having XP disconnect the connection on the switch.
Probably easier to create a limited user account for her that would
allow her to dial. This would keep your data private if you use NTFS and
have selected "make my folders private".
