Hi Briton,

If you are the only user on the computer with a computer
administrator account, you will not be able to change your
account type because there must be at least one person
with a computer administrator account on the computer. You
must have a computer administrator account on the computer
to change another user's account type.

Open User Accounts in Control Panel.
Click the user's account name.
Click Change the account type.
Click the type of account you want, and then click Change
Account Type. If you don't see this option, then you need
to re-install Windows XP H/Pro. Once you install Windows
XP H/Pro, you will get a message saying that do you want
to add more users or you are the ONLY user. Then say that
you are NOT the ONLY user. You can add users from their. I
hope this can help you.
