Multiple "My Documents" Folders

Using XP Pro, I have one user as Perry Johnson, Computer Administrator. My
concern is that I have two mismatched "My Documents" folders.

Desktop\My Documents =
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.Perry\My Documents (contains
7,852 files)

Desktop\My Computer\Perry Johnson's Documents =
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.Perry\My Documents (contains
7,852 files)

These both appear to be the same folder system with two names (My Documents
and Perry's Johnson's Documents).

Using Windows Explorer, I also find another folder at "C:\Documents and
Settings\Perry Johnson\My Documents" and it only contains 4,307 files. This
appears to be a partial duplication of the folders and files found in the
other My Documents folder system. The scary thing is that some of these
duplicate folders and files have current date/time stamps.

1) What is going on?
2) How do I create only one My Documents folder system?
3) Can I configure XP Pro to eliminate the multiple user option and thus
eliminate all of the unneeded folders in the Documents and Settings Folders?

Thanks for the assistance.
Perry
