OE rules are quite powerful. To create new rules open
Tools -> Mail Rules -> Mail. You can select "Where the
message body contains specific words" for example and
filter on those. Some email is sent with a blank From or
To field. Look at this page for help setting up a rule to
filter mails addressed like that. Adapt to your specific
needs...
