The notes looked OK to me. Win2K and XP has no way to decrypt AES256
encrypted by XP SP1. We don't have any plan to support AES 256 EFS in XP-
OS. EFS uses static link to support content encryption. It has nothing to do
with CSP in fact. Only the content key encryption (RSA) uses CSP.
