Can't install Service Pack 1

Anyone know the answer to this. I get the following
message when I try to install service pack 1: Service
Pack 1 errror. Setup could not verify the integrity of
the file Update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic
service is running on this computer.

I checked and the CSP is working.
