I appreciate the reply back so promptly....I have forwared
your email to me so I can print out and will do all you
said. I haven't had any problems with any of the window
downloads so far. Plus I have been reading all the
newsgroups comments on SP1 for xp and went to the XP SP
website and did some reading. once again i really
appreicate the reply
