Help defining local user restrictions, please?

oops for the last message!!!

one thing that you can do, is click on start, choose run,
and type in: control userpasswords2 and press enter,
this will give you a 2nd user & passwords box, that you
can have more options, you can limit the user with more
options including: standard user, restricted user,
administrator, and several other choices, check it out
