Hi,

This is all expected behavior in Windows where an account
that no longer exists has abandoned residual permission grants.
The SID that was the account's is displayed, as there is no
longer a way to translate it with the account gone.

The second issue is solved by drilling into an Edit and/or with
Advanced avenue to a checkbox that will set a Do not inherit .
(this is visible at the bottom of your first inherit.jpg)
Depends on version just how it looks getting there, but applying
this will give a popup to copy or remove the old, inherited
permission set - defining a new permissions inheritance root.

Once an item in a permissions set is not inherited it may be
removed; otherwise it must be removed where it is rooted.

PS. If possible, consider describing your issue instead of
using images. The size per info ratio is important in some
parts of earth still.

Thx.
