if there are more than one accounts then log on thru
another account go to control panel then go to user
account, create new account and set it as an admin
account, then log off, now log on as the new accoun that
you have just created, go back to control panel then go
to user accounts then find the original admin account,
click on it and then click on change password, leave the
password fields blank. then save it and try now!
