So. I found the way. restored system to starting point so
I have only WinXP and SP1 installed now. Server service
is running. NICE.

U may try this command line exe(command prompt or DOS):
net start lanmanserver
OR
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs (taken from
service properties)
