I run Windows XP and I've somehow allowed the above to
install itself in C:\Program Files\Diallers\UKVideo.exe
as well as a couple of PF files in C:\Windows\Prefetch
When trying to delete it the Dialler File I get the error
message: Write Protected or In Use.
>From the Desktop & Start button I get the error message:
It may already have been uninstalled.
>From the system tray I get: Could not run uninstall program
When trying to use Norton System Works I get the warning
messages: .EXE item is contained within important section
of the file system and .PF files have the system attribute
or is located in the same area as the operating system.
None of the UKVideo software is removed. PLEASE HELP!
