Debug in Windows XP

One other restore suggestion.....try an F8 command when
you boot. You will see about 8 choices such as Safe Mode,
Safe Mode with command prompt etc. One of these will
allow you to choose the "last known working settings".
Choose that, if this does not work then you need to call
MSFT.
