Thanks for the reply....

For the performance algorithm, does the lsass.exe sends
out ICMP packets?
The machines are wireless, so could this be the cause?
In order to solve the problem of these packets, i've
reinstalled my machines with Win XP, and the machines no
longer send out these packets. We couldn't understand
why... ????
