I have used XP pro briefly and use windows 2000 along
with XP home edition and if I recall correctly at least
one person must be the admin. of the PC. And, this person
controls the rights of others accounts. The windows xp
pro. OS is very complex but the MS knowlege base offers
most of the solutions and answers to any questions that
might arise. But, to control the user access can be
obtained by going to the admin. control panel through
these steps by 1.control panel,2.admin. tools, users,
then right click on the user, properties. Highlight the
control needed and check off the option boxes desired.
Good luck and remember whatever changes that are done
right down so if needed to return to the original
configuration.
