can you disable task manager

This is the only way to disable the "Task Manager", so
when you will click "Ctrl+Alt+Del" it will open the
window we were used to in the "Windows 2000":
Open "Control Panel", "User Accounts", "Change the way
users log on or off", uncheck "Use the Welcome Screen"
and click "Apply changes".
Thats all!
