OK, I've disabled auto restart in the system failure
dialog box, am checking on the status of Roxio EZ CD, and
heading to check wake on LAN setting in system BIOS.
In the meantime, I thought I'd update you on recent
symptoms. Prior to shutting down last night, I turned of
my cable modem. The computer stayed off. I can do this
routinely, perhaps I should be, but does this help in the
diagnosis?
