    I have explained that to her and had her try both just
to make sure. She said she has but I'm in Cleveland and
she's in Albany and I have no way of actually making sure
that what she said is actually what she did. I'd try PC
Anywhere or similar software but I'd have to go install it
and the powers that be won't approve that. So I'm stuck!
Just trying to make sure I've covered all my bases here.
Thanks for your help. If you think of anything else...
