Inetinfo is Windows' built-in Web server. It's known as Internet
Information Server (IIS) or Personal Web Server (PWS). It's commonly
targeted by attackers on the Internet, so enabling it does require you to
accept some risk. If you don't intend to share files with users through
their Web browser, then you should block it with your firewall. You should
also uninstall it using the Control Panel (Add/Remove Windows Components).
