Program installation problem - XP Pro

I am attempting to install a program that utilizes a SQL
database. During installation, I get the following
Error: "you do not have access to make the required
system configuration modifications. Please rerun this
installation from an administrators account"
This occurs while I am logged into XP as an
administrator. Please help
