What do you mean by make a copy ?
You want another group that has the rights like
those of the Power Users. or, you want another
group that has members the same as does Power
Users ?
The first cannot be done. The second is easily
scripted. The first can almost be done if you
carefully study all of the grants made to Power
Users, both on resources and in local security
policy, and duplicate these for the new group.
But, there will remain some things that Power
Users can do which seems to be built into the
system as part of the predefined Power Users
group, and these you will not be able to duplicate.
