She could only have done that by using an administrator
account, or by using the account (yours) that was changed.
Try an F8 boot and see if a blank password works.
That may be how she did it. She also may have used
the keyboard while you were logged in but away from
the machine.
That your account was an administrator, but is not now,
shows that you were not the default Administrator.
So, there is another admin account. An F8 boot will
log you in as the default Administrator, if you know
its password.
