Hi,
I think Shenan was assuming your PC uses the Welcome
logon screen with the pictures. Using cntrl-alt-del two times
at that screen brings up the login screen that your PC is now
using. The reason Shenan may have suggested this is that
some PCs pre-installed with XP are left with the built-in
Administrator account having a blank password; so if your
sister had used F8 boot or the double alt-cntrl-del in order
to enter Administrator as the username and no password,
and it worked, then we would know how she had done
what you say she has done.
If this is not it, then maybe you should get her to give you
a lesson or two on PCs ? Somehow she must have been
logged in with administrative privileges to do this. One
easy way people can do this is by you walking away from
a machine that you have logged into and left unlocked.
If you leave the machine like this you have given
everything away.
Try the administrator with no password, and if that does
not help then you may need to bribe your sister.
