No. Domain accounts will not work without a domain controller to
authenticate.
Something you can try:
If you can, login as the local administrator on your computer, and make a new
LOCAL account. (Since you won't have a domain available, that should be your
only choice).
Alter the NTFS permissions if nessecary, (assuming your using NTFS), to make
your Domain account's document folder available to the local account, then
just make a shortcut on the desktop of the local account. You won't have
some settings readily available, (ie, you'll have to re-create some), but
this is probably the closest your going to get to your domain account,
without the DC there to authenticate.
