If you know the Administrators password on the machine
you can go in that way and reset her password in Computer
Management. You may have to boot the machine up in Safe
Mode to be able to log on with the administrators account
on some machines. Certain companys load XP with "Windows
Login" as the default and this only gives you the option
to choose specific accounts and not the administrators.
