You can only change it from an administrator account.

If you know the password for the built-in "Administrator" account (or there
wasn't one set), you can use that. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del twice at the Welcome
screen and try to log in as Administrator.

Otherwise, you will have to negotiate with your brother :-)
