In Windows 2000 you used to be able to do a
shift-Right-click in order to have the RunAs listed
as a context menu option. In XP this sometimes
does and sometimes does not result in it being an
option. However, you should always be able to
create a shortcut, and then in the properties of the
shortcut set it to use a different account, and, you
also should always be able to use the cmd prompt
syntax runas /u:username "full executable path"
