I have set up several disk based backups under XP pro.
They are all run as administrator. I can run these jobs
from the scheduled tasks window manually, or when logged
in as any user with administrative rights I can schedule
a few minutes in the future and the job will run. None of
the scheduled jobs will run when not logged in to the
system with the exception of the symantec netdetect job
installed by Norton antivirus 2002. None of the scheduled
virus scans work either.
THe system in XP pro, OEM with addition software as
Norton anti-virus 2002 and cybersitter. I am experiencing
this same problem on all 3 XP pro systems I have. This
example is the simplest in terms of additional software.
Any suggestions or other trouble shooting tips are
appreciated.
