Program in Limited Acct.

I am trying to run program and/or install a program in a
limited account user. With adminstrative access, the
program installs and runs perfectly without a problem.
Yet, when I try to run it in the Student account
(limited), I get all sorts of errors of files not found
locally. This program is also being run off a Windows
2000 server, which allows access to the program files to
anyone. The program is called PLATO. And the Run As
command does not work, I get errors of files not found on
the network. The secondary login service is enables, and
the user names and passwords are the same on both the
local and network computers.
