I'm using a workstation running windows xp. When I boot my machine I end up
with a blank desktop with a mouse pointer. When I ctrl alt and del to get
taskmanager and in new task type explorer.exe I get my desktop ok. All
programs that run in the startmenu/programs/startup group then come in ok as
well.
Loaded the hive for default user into administrator and examined it but key
for nodesktop is set to 0.
A copy of this profile is used by Novell's DLU to create a new profile at
login for a new user based on presumably whats in default user.
Anyone any ideas why Im losing my desktop?
