Dear Rob,
No, it is not a roaming profile. The profile was a workgroup client profile
and upgraded to be a domain client under a different name. (e.g. from
Local\Rob to Domain\Matthew).
While researching I've found out that after copying profiles from Rob to
Matthew, by giving the new user a local administration right Outlook and OE
are perfectly accessible. But when I disgrant the local Supervisor right
from user to User or Power user, OE and Outlook fail.
Regards,
Efe
