XP and ISA

Having problems with Outlook 2002 and MSN messenger on
WinXP Pro.

Have 30 or so win2k boxes running msn messenger behind
ISA firewall without a problem.

XP box will not log user onto MSN Messenger. Same user
can logon using a win2k box.

At the same time, I can not logon to my isp that hosts my
e-mail. I can use the ISP's e-mail web based client but I
can not pull it down to an Exchange 2000 or Exchange 5.5
mailbox from the XP box. Win2k box is fine and dandy.

Frustrated with XP, please help......
