Task Manager Problem

I have XP Pro and one day I had a little glitch when I was using task
manager. The next second, I found that my tabs for switching between Users,
Processes, etc were missing along with the menu and title bar. I have the
processes part (list and button for ending processes) in front of me but
there are no tabs, menu bar, or title bar to be seen. I logged onto another
account (limited user) and his was unaffected. How do I get task manager to
work correctly? I want to get this working ASAP.
