Access issue

I recently add a bigger HD on my windows XP machine, I
Configured the new HP as the master and set the old HD
As a slave, after installing XP in the new HD everything
is working fine, only problem is I have some data files in
the old HD, when I copy those file to the new disk I am
getting an message " D:\Documents and Settings\raghuram
is not accessible. Access is denied." I tried to drag
it to the share folder then open from the share folder
still the same way. How can I copy these files?
