Yeah Yeah! By "Know" I mean how does the program work!
E.g. does each protected file have an embedded attribute which
the program detects? Or is there a list of protected files somewhere?

The files are on MY computer, and I want to be able to delete them
if I want! Specifically, I want to delete the Outlook Express files.
