Hi Kelly,

I followed step by step the Q318011 document but the step 7 below is not
work. The new user profile is corrupted after copied from the original user:

Restore the User Profile
  1.. Log on as the Administrative user from step 1 of the earlier
procedure.

  2.. Start Windows Explorer.

  3.. Browse to the drive: \Documents and Settings folder. The corrupted
user profile is contained in a folder that has the same name as the user.

  4.. Copy the contents of the corrupted user profile folder to the folder
that has the name of the user whom you created in the earlier procedure.

  NOTE : Make sure that all system files and hidden files are displayed in
Windows Explorer before you copy the files.

  5.. Log off Windows.

  6.. Log on to Windows as the new user.

  7.. Confirm that the profile data was successfully copied from the
corrupted profile.

  8.. Log off Windows.
