That means you are using the FAT32 file system and not NTFS. Not a problem
as I suspect the issue is to do with registry settings that your limited
user accounts do not have. When you installed the game with your account it
probably created it's necessary settings in your registry hive only. I
suggest you use regedit to locate it under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software (you
could do a search for 'Harry' or 'Potter' or whatever the games are called).
Then you need to export it to a file (on the file menu). Then logon as each
of the limited users in turn and double-click the exported file to integrate
it into the registry hive of that user. It should run now.
