Managing XP-Pro with NT 4.0

Hello,

We are NT 4.0 SP6 shop. Recently we installed few XP-Pro
PC. I was wondering if anyone knows security issue with XP-
pro and NT 4.04 SP6a

What is happenning is this, when a user is logging in to
XP-pro and goes to my computer and click on tools he will
see entir NT -Domain which is okay, but the problem is
when he clicks on browse he will see not only the entir
domain but also he can access any folder on NT Server.

any idea.
