Lost data using EFS

I have a couple folders encrypted with the EFS on my
secondary hard drive. Yesterday I tried to install Linux
on a partition of my primary drive but LILO stuffed my
boot sector and I was forced to format the drive and
reinstall WinXP. I now have most of my system running
again but I cannot access the encrypted files and I do
not have a certificate to become a Data Recovery Agent,
nor do I have any backups of my old data. Is there any
way I can recover this data?

Gavin.
