Access Denied

I can't seem to delete 2 files who give me a "Access
Denied" - "Make sure the disk is not full or write
protected and that the file is currently not in use." I
cant move the file, delete it or anything. Its very
annoying. Its my comp, no one ele uses it i have no idea
why or how its doing this. Please help me find a
solution. Thanks a lot.
