Well, it looks like you have either had a corruption in the profiles,
repaired your system, joined a new domain, etc. You need to make sure of
which profile you are using.

Log off.
Log back in.
Go into each of the folders in Documents and Settings.
Look at the details of "ntuser.dat" in each one.
The one that was JUST changed is the folder you are using.
Any of the 'duplicates' - you can kill.
