You need to copy anything you don't want a user to see from the all users
account to only the users account(s) that are supposed to use it. This does
NOT prevent anyone else from finding it on the hard drive and trying to run
it, but it does take away the obvious. You can have multiple copies of
things throughout the profiles.
You can keep someone from running something as well by setting the file and
directory permissions so that that user does not have rights in a particular
folder or to execute a particular file.
The ALL USER profile is what it says.. ALL USERS will see exactly what is in
its profile directory.
